Seton Village NPP Announces Small Business Grants for Innovation and Storefront Improvements

Seton Village NPP is please to announce a series of grants for small business innovations as well as storefront and façade improvements.

Business Innovation Grants (BIG) are capped at $1,000 and are specifically tied to NPP-approved technical assistance provision to the business owners. Such technical assistance may include visual merchandising, marketing, online presence and e-commerce, business accounting and finance, store layout, point of sale options, enhancing the customer experience, and other topics as approved by NPP.

Storefront and Façade Grants will provide a portion of the total cost of the exterior renovations needed on a property. NPP assistance is capped at $5,000 and will be provided as a grant to the property/business owner. Additional funding up to a total of $10,000 will also be considered as a grant to the property/business owner, however these other funds must be matched one-to-one at a minimum. For example, a $10,000 façade grant requires a $5,000 match of non-NPP funding.

Applications are open now with a rolling deadline, so businesses and property owners should apply when the need arises. For more information, visit https://www.setonvillage.org/grants.
